Durante o treino,os jogadores de linha foram divididos em dois grupos e aperfeiçoaram, com dois toques na bola por cada atleta, raciocínio, posse de bola e marcação. Já os goleiros realizaram um treino específico com os preparadores Rogério Godoy e Thales Damasceno. Em seguida, um time com goleiro precisava sair com a bola visando atingir o lado oposto, enquanto o outro tinha de fazer gol em uma meta com goleiro. Para encerrar, as duas equipes dois times com arqueiros se enfrentaram.

-Esse era o nosso objetivo desde o começo da competição, conseguir mais uma classificação para a final. O primeiro objetivo conseguimos, que era a melhor campanha geral e a vantagem de jogar os jogos do mata em casa. Foi um jogo difícil, respeitamos muito a equipe do Ituano, que fez um bom campeonato. Fiquei feliz também pela oportunidade, acho que é fruto do trabalho do dia a dia – disse Breno Lopes.

-O professor fala que todos temos de estar preparados porque a oportunidade não avisa quando vai aparecer. Infelizmente, aconteceu a lesão do Bruno e o professor optou por mim. Pude fazer o que ele me pediu e ajudar a equipe a chegar à final.
